In order to protect the filter itself, a filter with a blocking transmitter should be selected.

3. Installed on the oil return circuit of the system. Installed in the oil return circuit can filter the oil before returning to the tank into the system or system generated dirt. Due to the low oil return pressure, the filter with low filter element strength can be used, and its pressure drop has little impact on the system. In order to prevent the filter from blocking, it is generally connected to the filter with A safety valve or install a blocking signaling device, as shown in Figure A (3).
4. Install it on the bypass of the system. As shown in FIG. A (4), the filter is connected to the valve in parallel so that the oil in the system is continuously purified.
5, installed on the independent filter system. In the large hydraulic system, an independent filtration system composed of hydraulic pump and filter can be specially designed to filter the dirt in the hydraulic system tank, and improve the cleanliness of the oil through continuous circulation. The special filter truck is also an independent filter system, as shown in Figure A, 5.
When using the filter, it should also be noted that the filter can only be used one-way and installed in accordance with the specified liquid flow direction to facilitate the cleaning and safety of the filter element. When cleaning or replacing the filter element, it is necessary to prevent external pollutants from invading the hydraulic system.
