Why does the hydraulic oil filtration of the hydraulic station play a vital role?
When selecting the main filter of the hydraulic station, the determination of its accuracy should consider the degree of oil pollution that the key components in the system can withstand, the system's pollutant intrusion rate and working conditions and other factors. Starting from the pollution damage control point, the accuracy of the filter should be able to effectively filter out particles whose size is close to the dynamic oil film thickness of the moving pair of components. Because once the particles of this size enter the gap of the moving pair, it will cause the surface wear of the component, and increase the gap, so that the larger particles enter the gap, introduce a step of wear, resulting in a "chain reaction" of severe wear, resulting in the failure of the component.
The selection principle of hydraulic station filter: When selecting a filter, the following performance requirements should be considered:

(2) The filtration accuracy should meet the design requirements;
(3) The filter element has sufficient strength and contaminant capacity;
(4) the filter element has good corrosion resistance and can work for a long time at the specified temperature;
